A reference case :
Client need : Hair product kit cartons.
Client requirement : A kit that allows different products to be kept inside the kit carton. There were approximately 10 different kits and each had a different size. The entire lot was to be printed with drip off effect.
Our Customised approach : We personally went through each and every designs of all the kits. After an in-depth analysis of the cartons, their designs, colour and sizes, we matched each size to average out the cost for the client.
Our Solution : Eventually, we offered a SINGLE RATE for all the different kits that differed in size and colour. Also,

Client need : Product Display Holder
Problem statement : Current display holder was printed on sun board, which led to huge printing costs and higher danger of being easily broken.
Our Customised approach : We at RR Packaging had a detailed meeting with the stakeholders (here the product manager and purchase manager) to understand the final need of the display holder. We also analysed the existing design and product shape, to offer multiple solutions to their problem.
Our Solution : Since the product was being used as a marketing display for a body cream, we offered an alternative to the base material (here sun board). We created an instant prototype of the Product (eliminating sun board). As soon as the client saw the prototype, they sent an approval to the print the same.
Results :
Reduced costs/budget – This led to reducing the product cost to ½
Increased Product stability - Since the product was created using a board, the danger of being broken was almost negligible.

Problem statement : Print cartons with inserts and send them to their Russia office on immediate basis.
Our Customised approach : On understanding the various carton needs from the client, we immediately arranged for the required raw materials. Since we provide all the printing and packaging facilities under one roof, we marked the requirement on Top Priority and furnished the order within the stipulated time.
Results :
Timely delivery – The cartons with inserts were packed in corrugated boxes, labelled and delivered to the Client within the duration requested for.
